THE owners of one of the Dales' most historic guest houses are celebrating following recognition by industry 'bible' the Good Hotel Guide.
Austwick Hall near Settle, described as a luxury boutique B&B, has been selected as the 'editor's choice' as one of the best 'hotels with gardens' in Britain.
Co-owner Michael Pearson said: "Obviously we are very, very pleased , especially as the category covers the whole of the country.
"Austwick Hall has been included in the guide before, but it is lovely to have recognition specifically for our gardens.
"The Good Hotel Guide is one of the very few such publications that will not take payment for inclusion, so its recommendations are therefore to be coveted."
