PEOPLE across Craven and even further afield have a chance to help a Glusburn teenager win a national music award.
Thirteen-year-old Niamh Mirfield, a pupil at South Craven School, has been nominated in the Best Song category at the 2016 Unsigned Music Awards (UMAs).
Launched in 2012, the awards are hosted by Best of British Unsigned (BoB Unsigned) and will crown a winner in 16 categories using an online public vote.
Niamh's self-penned song “Can’t Stand This Anymore”, produced by Jamie Vee of Zene Records, Keighley, is her entry.

The vote starts today and continues until this Sunday.
"This is absolutely fantastic for her," said Niamh's dad, Scott Mirfield. "I want to remind people to vote because every vote counts."
