DATES have been announced for this year's Skipton CAMRA Beer Festival.

As in the previous two years, Skipton's 11th beer festival will be held at The Refectory, Ermysted’s Grammar School, Gargrave Road, Skipton.

Opening hours will be from 3pm to 10pm on Thursday, April 20, 11am to 10pm on Friday, April 21, and 11am to 10pm on and Saturday, April 22.

Admission costs £2 on Thursday and Friday lunch until 4pm; £3 on Friday after 4pm and Saturday until 6pm (free after 6pm) and the event is free to card-carrying CAMRA members at all sessions. There are no advance tickets.

Groups of ten or more get in free if they arrive together, but must notify organisers in advance.

Organised by the Keighley and Craven Branch of the Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA) the festival will offer over 70 different British real ales, cider, perry, bottled foreign beers, food, prize draws, souvenir merchandise and CAMRA membership offers.

The festival is for over 18s only.
