A £1000 DONATION by Skipton Rotary Club will help Pioneer Projects develop its creative arts and dementia programme.
Pioneer Projects carries out weekly creative sessions in Skipton, Settle and Bentham for people living with dementia in addition to regular monthly meetings for carers.
Philippa Troutman, programme manager, said she was delighted at the support from the rotary club.
"The donation will help us organise our celebration auction of artwork in July this year which we hope will provide further funds for our making art sessions," she said.
