Estate Agents Dale Edison decided to act when they received a heartfelt plea from Kettlewell Primary School about their sports kit.
The letter, from pupils Rebecca Scott and George Simpson, said: “We are writing to ask if you would please sponsor Kettlewell Primary School to get a new sports kit because our current kit is old, badly designed, itchy, manky, and is falling apart”
The estate agents decided they could not ignore such a heartfelt plea and decided it was a great opportunity to show off their new logo which coincidentally exactly fitted with the school’s playing colours.
The smart new kit arrived recently and the pupils have been delighted.
Amanda May from Dale Eddison visited the school to see the kit.
“We do a lot of work in the Dales and it’s great to be able to give back to the community , especially when the children were so keen to tell me how lovely it is not to itch!!” said Amanda after her visit.
