CRAVEN architects Bowman Riley has chosen to support children's charity Skipton Extended Learning for All (SELFA).

For the next two years, all of the Otley Street firm's fundraising will go towards Selfa, which provides after school and holiday clubs for vulnerable and disadvantaged children.

Kara Thorpe from Bowman Riley said they were delighted to support the charity.

"We asked our staff members to vote for their favourite charity from a shortlist of four and Selfa came out on top. Our staff felt that it was important to support a community charity that is local to our head office. A children’s charity was particularly appealing to our staff. We look forward to working with Selfa over the coming months”.

Bowman Riley previously supported Cancer Support Yorkshire and over two years, raised more than £3,500 for the charity.

The company's previous charity partnership with Cancer Support Yorkshire raised over £3500 over a two year period, including a sponsored walk across the Yorkshire Three Peaks which raised more than £1600.
