A BAZAAR to be held in Cross Hills on Saturday will boost a Craven group which promotes walking to maintain health.
A variety of stalls are promised at the event, organised by South Craven Walking 4 Health, at St Peter's Methodist Church, 9.30am-noon.
And the range of different health walks available will also be showcased in both an exhibition and video presentation on the day.
Various stalls include bric-a-brac, books and DVDs, toys and games, garden and vegetable plants, and cakes.
A spokesman said: "We have day-time walks on Monday and Thursday mornings and our summer evening walks on Wednesdays are due to start on April 12. People who are interested in joining us are welcome to come and talk with the walk leaders about the walks."
The group organises walks specifically aimed at people who need to undertake some physical activity for health reasons and is one of the schemes supported by both the Ramblers and Macmillan Cancer Support.
