THE White Lion pub in Earby will hold its fifth Big Jam Music Festival from 1.30pm to 1am this Saturday.

Although entry to the outdoor music festival is free, the event will raise funds for local woman, mum and wife Sarah Reed, in her battle with terminal cancer.

Donations on the day will go towards providing Sarah with a life-saving operation in Germany.

The line-up for the music event, hosted by Kiki De Ville, includes Odall (1.30pm to 2pm), Jela (2.15pm to 3.15pm), The Jackson Kay Band (3.30pm to 4.45pm), The Biscuit Brothers (5pm to 5.45pm), Fandjango (6pm to 6.45pm), Jake McRae and the What Went Wrongs (7pm to 8pm) and Hobochic (8.15pm to late).

Families are welcome and there will be activities such as a bouncy castle, face painting and a kiddies corner.

Food will be available throughout the day from Madras Authentic Indian Cuisine, Petrah's Pitstop burger van, Dawn's Delights van and Salvatore Ice Cream.
