Grouse beaters in the 1960s
THIS picture of grouse beaters at the ready in the Grassington area was probably taken sometime in the early 1960s. It was sent in by Peter Dunford, of Bradley, who tells us that the man on the extreme left of the picture is Roy Boothman, a cousin of Mr Dunford's wife Dorothy, but the rest of the men are unknown. Do you recognise any of them?
