A FUNDRAISING garden party tomorrow at the home of one of the original Rylstone calendar girls has been relocated to Craven Lawn Tennis Club in Gargrave.
A forecast of heavy rain for Wednesday has meant organisers, the Wharfedale support group of Manorlands Hospice, has had to switch venues to the tennis clubhouse - where similar fundraising events have been held in the past.
Original calender girl, Moyra Livesey, who featured as Miss May in the calendar, will still be at the event, selling strawberry cream teas. There will also be a plant stall, cards, cakes and books.
Parking for the event, which will take place from
2pm to 4pm, at the village car park, a short walk from the tennis club, off Smithy Croft Road.
Tickets at £7.50 from Carolyn on 01756 730391, or June on 01756 753139
