Gardeners present a cheque for £3,767 to Settle Pool, which was raised from the Settle and District Open Gardens event.
ORGANISERS of this years' Settle and District Open Gardens have declared the event a resounding success.
Most of the money raised from visits to the 24 gardens is being donated to Settle Pool to fund urgent repairs to the pool roof.
Many of the gardeners recently attended Settle Pool to present a cheque for £3,767 to Pat Taylor, chairman of the pool committee, and Jenn Hodgkinson, pool manager.
