A SUMMER event held in Skipton by motorcycle enthusiasts raised £1,400 for Sue Ryder Manorlands Hospice.
The annual meet at Skipton auction mart held by the Steeton based Girder Fork and Classic Motorcycle Club, attracted owners from far and wide.
And a cheque was recently handed over to the charity's community fundraising manager, Andrew Wood at a special club presentation night.
“The club have been regular supporters of the hospice and have fundraised for us for over 10 years," said Andrew.
" This money will continue to help provide incredible care for people in the community. Our sincere thanks go to the group for their continued support and raising the money for such a worthy cause. We hope other community groups in the area can see the value they can add to such a worthy cause and want to help us like the Girder Fork Club have. We are so grateful to them for their continued support."
