CHRISTMAS movie Elf will be screened at Glusburn Institute on Friday, December 15.
Families will be able to meet Santa Claus in his grotto at the community and arts centre, from 5.30pm, before the film begins at 6.30pm.
Tickets cost £6 for adults and £5 for children, including a gift from Santa and mince pies and mulled wine for adults.
Elf, regarded by critics as one of the best Christmas films of modern times, stars Will Ferrell as one of Santa’s elves who discovers he’s actually human.
He goes to New York City to meet his biological father, spreading Christmas cheer in a world of cynics as he goes.
