A 29 YEAR old Ingleton man is to stand trial after denying interfering with a badger sett at Selside, Settle.
David Paylor, of Blea Moor Road, denies the obstruction of the entrance to a sett on June 9 last year with intent, or being reckless as to whether his actions would result in the obstruction.
He appeared at Skipton Magistrates Court when he denied the charge and when his case was fixed for trial at the Skipton court on May 8.
