A DRIVER accused of leaving the scene of an accident in Church Lane, Elslack is to stand trial.
Shaun Mullens, 26, denies being the driver of an Audi A3 which failed to stop after colliding with a Volvo XC60, causing it damage, on September 17, last year.
He also denies failing to report the accident, driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence, and driving without third party insurance.
Mullens, of Leach Street, Colne, appeared at Skipton Magistrates Court when he denied all charges. His case was adjourned until June 19 for his trial at the Skipton court.
