AN Addingham man is to face trial after denying being in charge of a vehicle while over the alcohol limit.
Russell Marshall, 55, denies being in charge of a Jaguar car in the car park of The Devonshire Arms Hotel, Bolton Abbey, with over the prescribed amount of alcohol in his system, on February 8.
Marshall, of St Ians Croft, appeared at Skipton Magistrates Court on Friday when he pleaded not guilty. His case was adjourned for a trial, to take place at the Skipton court on June 19.
