EARBY'S Coronation Hall, which was originally built as a cinema in 1911, and served until recently as a library, has been put up for sale at auction with a guide price of £150,000.
The Edwardian building’s striking corner turret and tall windows have marked it out as a local landmark for over a century and the property covers more than 7,000 square feet of floorspace over two open-plan floors.
The Coronation Hall will feature in the next Pugh property auction at AJ Bell Stadium in Manchester today.
