POLICE are appealing for witnesses and information after a bar was broken into sometime overnight on Monday and Tuesday this week.
A window to the door of Bojangles Bar, Newmarket Street, was broken to gain entry, and items taken from inside.
A police spokesman said: "We are requesting the public’s assistance to help establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident.
"In particular, we are appealing for information about any witnesses to the offence, or any dash-cam footage from passing vehicles as the incident was on a main road through Skipton."
