SKIPTON is in for a musical treat when The National Methodist Youth Brass Band comes to town as part of its summer tour.
The band, whose motto is 'Fun, Faith and Fellowship', will perform at St Andrew's Church, Newmarket Street, on Wednesday, August 22.
Proceeds from the event will go to the Shannon Trust charity, which supports prisoners to transform their lives through reading.
The concert will start at 7.30pm. Tickets on the door, £7 for adults, and free for children.
