Cricket legend Sir Ian Botham added his enthusiasm and personal touch to this batch of chocolates which were made at Whitaker’s Chocolate Factory in Skipton. The sweet treats went on sale this week in support of Beefy’s Great British Walk in aid of Leukaemia Research. For his 12th charity walk, Sir Ian will visit nine towns in nine days and his itinerary includes Harrogate on October 16. The chocolates are on sale for a suggested donation of £1 and all profits will go to the charity. For more details about the walk log on to bothamwalk.com.
