How well do you know the landmarks and people of Skipton?

Cancer Research UK will test your knowledge at a “History Mystery Hunt” on Sunday from 11.30am to 3pm.

Participants should gather at Skipton Town Hall annexe for the hunt, which will be centred on the High Street area and should take no longer than 90 minutes.

Entry costs £5. Tickets and information are available from the Cancer Research shop on Skipton High Street.

The winner gets a voucher for dinner, bed and breakfast at Skipton’s Rendezvous Hotel. The runner-up gets dinner for two at Nosh on Newmarket Street. Third prize is chocolates and wine.

Refreshments will be available at the town hall, along with a tombola and homemade cake stall.
