Ermysted’s Grammar School, Skipton, will present a horror musical called “Time’s Up” next week.
Twenty pupils from Ermysted’s and Skipton Girls’ High School will take part in the performance, which will be staged at 7.30pm next Thursday, Friday and Saturday, March 25, 26 and 27.
The horror story, set in Victorian Times, will be told from the point of view of three different characters.
Time’s Up is being directed by Year 12 Ermysted’s pupil Vahan Salorian, of Barnoldswick, who also wrote the musical with two other sixth-form students, Tom Bendall, of Skipton, and Dominic Kimberlin, of Colne.
Vahan said: “Last year we did a pop musical and this year we wanted to take the opportunity to do something sinister and scary.”
The performances will be staged in Ermysted’s Memorial Hall and tickets costing £5 for adults and £3 for children or concessions are available from the school office on 01756 792186 or can be bought on the door.
