Bid for solar panels in Barnoldswick field

A plan to install 16 ground- mounted solar panels in a Barnoldswick field has been submitted to Pendle Council. The applicant, Mr D Smith, is seeking permission to install the 250-watt panels in the field by 2 Cow Pasture Barn, on Calf Hall Lane. Other applications include the construction of a single-storey side and rear extension at 12 Weets View, Barnoldswick; the erection of a detached bungalow on land to the rear of Longroyd Road, Earby; and plans for a bungalow on Croft Street, Earby.
