Have your say on Craven rail services
6:23pm Thursday 11th October 2012 in News
Rail passengers are being invited to have their say on train services in the area.
Northern Rail – which runs trains on the Airedale line – is holding a “Meet the Manager” event at Skipton station tomorrow (Friday) between 7am and 9am.
Managers will be on hand to speak to passengers individually about any areas of concern they may have or to discuss recent issues they have experienced, such as disruption or overcrowding.
Pete Myers, head of service quality, said: “We realise passengers can be frustrated with delays and cancellations and other issues they may have faced and we welcome them to come and talk to us about them so we can explain how we are working with our partners to find solutions.
“We would also love to hear from anyone who has suggestions on how services and facilities can be improved at Skipton or what we’re doing well.”
