REPAIRS are to be carried out on a retaining wall near picturesque Burnsall Bridge.
North Yorkshire County Council has been given listed building consent for the work, which will involve dismantling the existing wall, installing ground anchors and rebuilding the wall and parapet.
Traffic lights will be installed while the work is carried out.
