PUPILS at Skipton's Parish Church Primary School held a road safety assembly to launch of National Road Safety Week.
Special guest was Police and Community Support Officer Sally Breen, who reminded youngsters to Stop, Look, Listen and Think and find a safe place to cross the road.
They were told to keep looking and listening as they crossed the road and learned the importance of wearing bright coats, with luminous flashes on in dark winter mornings and nights, so that drivers can see them more easily.
And children were asked to make their own posters, asking motorists to park safely outside the school at picking up and dropping off times.
