PUPIL power has made a difference at Cononley Primary School.
Following a plea to make playtimes and outdoor learning more fun, the school held a number of assemblies and consultations with School Council.
And, as a result, it has erected an outdoor shelter, a bug hotel and two bird hides.
Headteacher Paula Hillman said: "The children are using the outdoor shelter to read quietly and catch up with friends during playtimes and as an outdoor area for learning during lesson times.
"Playscheme has worked closely with the school to ensure the needs of the school community were met."
