A REFURBISHED coffee shop at Airedale Hospital has been officially reopened.
The Friendly Coffee Shop, at the hospital's main entrance, has received a £60,000 facelift.
Work included an extension into a former reception area, and new flooring.
The shop is run by volunteers from the Friends of Airedale, which funded the scheme, with a contribution from the NHS Foundation Trust.
The reopening was performed by Deputy Lieutenant of West Yorkshire, David Pearson, who unveiled a plaque.
Friends chairman Eileen Proud said: "We are very pleased with the refurbishment and particularly that the shop is open again in time for Christmas."
