A PANE of glass at a Barnoldswick business was shattered during a daytime incident on Thursday.

Police said an unknown person approached the firm at Bank Buildings and caused a five by four foot pane of glass to shatter but remain in situ.

The incident took place between 5pm and 9pm.

The repair bill has been estimated at £230.

In separate incident at 10.15pm on Thursday, April 9, a vandal threw a small stone at the door of a house on Manchester Road, Barnoldswick.

The stone hit a glass window, causing damage estimated at £150.
