Rescuers help man stuck in a bog near Embsay
RESCUERS assisted a 28-year-old man who was reported stuck in a bog on Embsay Moor.
The alarm was raised at 3.15pm last Tuesday and a team from the Grassington-based Upper Wharfedale Fell Rescue Association was sent to the scene.
A UWFRA spokesman said: "The casualty was not hurt, just very tired with no map or water. He was located and escorted off the hill by team members."
