EMBSAY Players will soon be performing their annual pantomime which, this year, is Cinderella.

Taking the title is Abigail Barwick, fresh from her role as Jasmine in Embsay School’s Aladdin.

The story has been adapted by Bob Middleton so there is nothing quite straightforward! There is even a cat burglar called Scram.

The pantomime opens at the village hall on Wednesday and runs until next Saturday, November 28. Performances start at 7.15pm with an extra matinee performance at 2.15pm on the Saturday.

Tickets are available from Embsay Paper Shop or can be ordered at the Elm Tree Inn, Embsay. They are priced at £6 with a reduction to £5 for children at the matinee.
