St Thomas: The services at St Thomas’s Church on Sunday include holy communion at 8.30am and morning prayer at 10.30am.
Women’s Institute: Sandra Dixon was the speaker at last week’s meeting of Sutton WI, when she gave an interesting talk on fashion in the 1950s, bringing back many memories for members. A lunch at Craven College is planned for April 3, and there are seats available on an outing to Lincoln planned for May 13. Mike Armstrong will demonstrate bread making at the next meeting on April 14 at 7.15pm in the community centre.
