A NOSTALGIA afternoon will be staged at St Andrew's Methodist Church, Cowling, on Sunday.
Starting at 2pm, it will include an old fashioned slide show featuring more than 70 slides taken by the late David Hoyle, which turned up recently, still in good condition.
These include Ickornshaw Chapel Centenary in 1976, the late Norman Binns senior with his horse brass collections, galas, Carr Head garden parties, local views and people.
Visitors are invited to bring their own slides to share or anything of local interest. Refreshments will be available.
