Hardy race-goers braved heavy rain to see the country's top jockeys at Skipton Races.
Although numbers were down and organisers managed only to break even, the event at Heslaker Farm, Carleton, was hailed a winner.
Tom Bannister, event secretary and joint master of the Pendle Forest and Craven Hunt, said the event had been a success despite the weather.
"Numbers were a bit down because of the weather, but there was a big crowd of very jolly people," he said.
Mr Bannister's own horse, Son Evasushi, ridden by top jockey Oliver Greenall, won his race while another of his horses, George the Grey, was also a winner.
The event, which was renamed Skipton Races after relocating from Gisburn several years ago, is organised by the Pendle Forest and Craven Hunt and includes steeplechases and point-to- points.

Despite the rain, the soggy three-mile course of 18 fences only claimed one victim.
"No-one was hurt and we had only one fall, which was pretty good because they were big fences," said Mr Bannister.
