Two Skipton Guides have thanked people who helped them raise £264 towards their trip to India by serving cream teas. Thirteen-year-olds Mollie Duxbury and Helen Coombes spent Saturday afternoon outside St Andrew's Church cleaning cars and serving teas. The pair, from Skipton Methodist Church Guides, are due to go to India next year with the Guiding Association to work on a community action project. The girls were helped by guiding and church friends.
