WE go back more than 60 years with this week's nostalgia picture.
It shows members of Skipton Salvation Army staging a Britannia pageant in June 1953.
The pageant - written by the branch's commanding officer Gordon Thomas - showed the progress of the Christian faith since it was first brought to England.
