Mess must be cleared

Sir – This is the second time I have written on the subject. I cannot let my dog walk on the grass verge between Embsay Road end and the entrance to Overdale Grange, Skipton, as I am worried that he might tread in something.

The grass is dotted with copious amounts of large deposits.

Myself and others have our suspicions of which dog is responsible and the lazy owner who cannot be bothered to pick up after it.

I know nothing will be done about this, but I just had to make my feelings clear.
