Bollywood dancing is taking off in the Dales, thanks to new classes started at a Skipton hotel.
They are being led by Salma Zaman, of Salma’s Bollywood Academy, Bradford.
“Bollywood dancing is popular in cities like Bradford, where I do lots of classes for people of all ages and cultural backgrounds, but it hasn’t really taken off yet in rural areas,” said Salma.
“I want to broaden the appeal, and encourage people from Asian communities to visit the countryside at the same time.”
