Barnoldswick Town face an anxious wait to see if they will avoid relegation from the North West Counties League Premier Division.
Bacup & Rossendale Borough kept alive their hopes of climbing above Town with a 4-2 win over Bootle last night.
It means they must win their final game of the season at Ashton Athletic by two goals to push Town into the bottom three on goal difference.
It promises to be a nail-biting Saturday for Town's players, officials and supporters.
