SILSDEN Whitestar continued their unbeaten start in the Skipton Body Repair Centre Craven League Premier Division with a 6-0 thrashing of Broomhill.

Strikes from Josh Metcalfe, Tom Appleby, Oliver Peacock, James Wilson, Josh McNulty and Aaron Vaughan ensured Whitestar returned to the summit with 13 points from a possible 15.

Rolls remain in fourth after having to settle for a point in their 2-2 home draw with Grassington United. Morgan Brown scored a brace for the hosts but Oscar Canny and Daniel Hunt ensured a share of the spoils for United.

Newly-promoted Carleton had started the season well but they were thrashed 5-1 at home to Trawden Celtic Juniors. Robert Bingham scoring their consolation.

Crosshills were relegated from the Premier Division last year but they are beginning to enjoy life in the second tier.

They are unbeaten in Division One so far and they crushed visitors Chatburn 7-0 on Saturday, with Edward Evans and Ben Osmond both netting twice.

Settle United Reserves earned a 3-1 win at home to Bingley Town, with their goals coming courtesy of Samuel Arrow-Smith, Ruairi Coyle and David Worthington.

Cononley Sports Club were no match for Trawden Celtic Juniors Reserves, falling to a crushing 7-1 away defeat. Craig Ebbrell scored the visitors' only goal.

Tom Vent struck five times as AFC Barnoldswick continued their winning start to the season by hammering Earby Town 10-2 in Division Two.

Elsewhere, Daniel Holden hit a hat-trick for Barlick Wanderers yet they still lost 5-4 at unbeaten Grassington United Reserves, for whom Ian Craven scored twice.

Addingham picked up a fine 4-2 win at Skipton Town Reserves thanks to Dominic Green's double, while Jack Diamond, Seth Wiseman and Jack Sedgwick earned Cowling Reserves a 3-3 draw at Salts Thirds.

In Division Three, there were some huge away wins. Jordan Hough scored five as Crosshills Reserves won 11-2 at Sutton, while Addingham Reserves were thumped 10-0 at home to Iplay FC Barrowford.

Finally, Settle United Thirds were beaten 5-1 at home by Salts Fourths, while Barnoldswick Barons won 4-0 at Otley Town A, with James Cumpstey netting a hat-trick.
