THE top four in the Skipton Body Repair Centre Craven League Premier Division met on Easter Saturday, and it is still advantage Skipton LMS.

The leaders won 3-2 at third-placed Rolls to stay four points clear of second-placed Trawden Celtic, who triumphed 1-0 at home to fourth-placed Settle United.

Luke Howsen, Joel Timmins and substitute Fred Midgley netted for LMS, with Luke Cockroft and Gareth Hargreaves replying for Rolls.

Settle still have a game in hand on the top three, however, and would go above Rolls if they avoided defeat.

Meanwhile, Silsden Whitestar are up one spot to eighth after a 2-1 derby victory at Cross Hills, Andy Kay and man of the match Jack Kendall netting for the winners.

Cowling may be second in Division One but made heavy weather of beating tenth-placed visitors Bingley Town 2-1, courtesy of goals by Luke Barker and Alasdair McEwen, while Chatburn, who are third, triumphed by the same score at 11th-placed Embsay, who were inspired by goalscorer David Wilkinson and Alan Brewer.

Substitutes Chris Gaskell and Matthew Blackwell certainly made the desired impact for Rolls Reserves, both scoring in their 4-2 home win over Ingrow & Worth Valley.

Morgan Brown and Paul Holgate were also on target for the second string, who stay sixth, while Shane Dwyer and Sam Headey were Skipton Town's marksmen in their 5-2 home defeat against leaders Pendle Renegades.

Meanwhile, Chris Hogg's efforts were not enough for Bradley, who lost 5-0 at home to free-scoring Sporting Keighley, who are fourth.

In Division Two, Carleton handed front-runners Manningham All Stars only their fourth defeat of the campaign.

Strikes from Joshua Banks, Tom Palmer, Ashley Purnell and Ben Teal gave the fourth-placed Skipton-based club a 4-2 victory, and Cononley Sports Reserves are up to seventh, despite only drawing 1-1 at home to lowly Cross Hills Reserves.

Andrew Hudson scored for the hosts, while second-placed Broomhill continued on their merry way with a 4-0 victory at Settle United Reserves, for whom George Gowland did best.

Shock result in Division Three was the 3-2 victory for Barlick Wanderers at home to second-placed Otley Town.

Daniel Holden (2) and Tom Duerden were on target for seventh-placed Wanderers, while neighbours Barnoldswick Barons are up one spot to third on the back of a 1-1 draw at home to Ilkley.

AFC Barnoldswick defeated Cowling Reserves 3-1, with Matthew Holt, Lewis Horsham and Danny Wilmore getting the goals, with Jamie Abbott replying.

Sutton are off the bottom after a 1-1 draw at fifth-placed Horton.
