ROLLS have definitely found the soft spots in opposition defences this season in the Skipton Body Repair Centre Craven League Premier Division.

They took their league goal tally to 50 in 11 matches with an 11-1 thrashing of hosts Wilsden Athletic, with the win taking them above Silsden Whitestar to become the new leaders.

Among the scorers for Rolls were Paul Oldroyd (4), Liam Garbutt (3), Neil Chapman (2) and Paul Marsden.

Meanwhile, Oliver Peacock-inspired Skipton LMS found things surprisingly easy against fifth-placed visitors Grassington United, with the seventh-placed triumphing 4-0 courtesy of Ian Craven (2), Reece Fowler and Fred Midgley.

Rolls Reserves took advantage of a truncated fixture list due to the snowmelt and interval cup fixtures to climb from fifth to second in Division One.

They beat Bingley Juniors 4-1, with Joe Riding (2), Damon Clark and Matthew Coates on target, while Lewis Rimmer was man of the match.

Sixth-placed Carleton picked up a point in a remarkable 5-5 draw at second-placed AFC Colne, marksmen for the visitors being Jay Hopwood (3), Joshua Banks and Robert Bradley, while Jamie Poulter took home the gong.

Silsden Whitestar Reserves, chasing a league double, are into the semi-finals of the Division Three Cup after a 3-0 victory at Settle United Thirds.

Goals came from Simon Cox, Jake Muir and Oliver Stephenson, and Whitestar will be at home to Bingley Juniors Reserves in the last four in a battle between teams placed second and third in the division.

Broomhill Reserves made the comeback of the week, recovering from 4-0 down at half-time to draw 4-4 at home to Barlick Wanderers in Division Three.

Jonathon Davies (2), Connor Butler and Tom Duerden scored for Wanderers.

Bradley Reserves are still rooted to the bottom, losing their latest game 6-2 at home to Horton, with Sam Baldwin getting one of the consolations.
