IF YOU want tension in a game of cricket, then Matthew Lane could be the place for you on Saturday.

Bradley, who could be relegated from Division Two of the Mewies Solicitors Craven League, are at home to Glusburn, who could be promoted.

Defeats for both Glusburn and Cowling last Saturday means that they go into the final weekend level on points as they seek the other promotion place behind Denholme.

Glusburn skipper Steve Brown's 42 was the backbone of their 99 at home to champions Oakworth, who cannot be promoted as things stand, with the second string knocking off the runs for the loss of two wickets in just 25.3 overs.

Ajmal Choudhry took 5-40 for Cowling at already-promoted Denholme, who made 164-8 before castling the visitors for just 59.

Caspar Bean played a captain's role as Bradley won by four wickets at Airedale, taking 3-31 and scoring 53 not out hut he was aided in no small measure by James Heseltine (5-39) as the hosts were dismissed for 142.

Bradley are still a point above Long Lee, who also won and finish off at home to already-relegated Gargrave, putting the onus on Bradley to defeat Glusburn.

In Division One, it is Sutton or Foulridge who will join Chatburn in being demoted.

Richard Walker took 4-31 and Justin Holdsworth 3-40 as hosts Sutton bowled out Bingley Congs for 148 before themselves being dismissed for 82.

Sutton are at Haworth, while Foulridge host Barrowford.

Glusburn could be relegated from Division Four, despite winning at Foulridge by seven wickets, Pete Schofield's 42 helping to see them home.

Chatburn visit Glusburn, while Airedale host Foulridge and Wilsden host second-placed Hepworth & Idle. Glusburn are on 23 points and Airedale and Wilsden 21.

Simon Todd's 42 not out gave Sutton a four-wicket win at nine-man Long Lee and guaranteed them promotion.

Sandy Lane are second two points behind after defeating Cowling by 135 runs, who fall to third.
