A NEW name will feature on the Cowling Cup after Bingley Congs and Denholme clinched their places in the final on Sunday, August 14.
Bingley Congs entertained Crossflatts and rattled up 142-7 in their 20 overs with Tim Burnley making 50no and Steve Carass (28) as James Baxter took 2-18 and Charlie Hall (2-23).
Denholme could only make 125-5 in reply with Charlotte Boulton and Kieran Temprill both hitting 34 as Michael Baines claimed 3-23.
Cowling made 108 at Denholme with Mark Adams top scoring with 43 as Michael Dennison took 3-20.
Denholme galloped home for the loss of one wicket with Dennison making 45no, Joe Greenwood (35no) and Jack Harrison (29).
The final reverts to a 40 over per side game and will start at 1pm.
