BARNOLDSWICK Seconds won a low-scoring Lawrenson Cup final in the Ribblesdale League to make up for their defeat to Salesbury Seconds in the 2015 decider.
They dismissed Ribblesdale Wanderers for 92 in 33.1 overs in the all-Division One clash, only four players making double figures, the best of which was opener Jamaal Alcock (24).
The wickets were shared between six bowlers, with Terry Scothern (2-3), Shoaib Khan (2-10 off eight overs), Josh Butler (2-15) and Shaukat Sheraz (2-24) doing best.
The Barnoldswick innings followed a similar pattern but opener S Haworth Haines (38), who was fifth out at 70, helped to make a difference as they won by three wickets after 32.5 overs.
Best for Wanderers were Mark Thompson (2-13) and Waqas Khan and Terry Braithwaite, who both bagged 2-20.
