DOUBLE Paralympic gold medallist archery star Danielle Brown has been selected for the World Championships, which starts later this month in Denmark.
The 27-year-old from Lothersdale is one of six compound archers in the Great Britain squad for Copenhagen, with the competition running from this Sunday until Sunday, August 2.
Brown, who is also a three-times Para world champion, was controversially excluded from competing in Para events two years ago, so now just competes in able-bodied events.
She has won team gold at the 2010 Commonwealth Games in Delhi and was second in the Word Cup final at Tokyo in 2012.
The matches will take place outside the Christiansborg Palace, the Danish Parliament building.
