SKIPTON Golf Club's Centenary Trophy produced a rash of good scoring with the course in excellent condition.

Mick Reddiough came out on top in Division One with a nett 65, two ahead of Max Berrisford. The Division Two winner, also on the same score, was Christopher Battery who won by three shots from Jason Titorenko and Steve Lyall.

The Skipton Scratch team suffered a minor reversal away at Keighley as they lost 5-3. Rob Nesbitt won his match easily and David Grant took the final hole to force a half in his game.

The June Seniors medal was a tight affair three players all scoring 41 points. In the end it was Bill Barron who came out on top on countback ahead of Phil Lawler and Trevor Scothern.
