HANNAH Eaton produce a stunning turnaround to defeat Dagmar Woodhead in Skipton's Ladies Scratch final.

She was five down after 18 holes after Woodhead sank some good long-range putts.

The match changed dramatically after the lunch break with Eaton winning six of the first seven holes.

She was two up at the turn and continued in a similar to complete a 5&3 win.

Jez Harding and Paul Pethybridge rolled back the years as they contested the men's Barrett Cup Final.

The two club stalwarts produced a high standard of golf in a contest which went all the way to the final hole.

The match was all square through the first four holes before Pethybridge started to make the running winning with pars on the fifth and sixth to go two up.

Back came Harding with a birdie down the ninth to reduce the deficit to one hole.

Pethybridge birdied the 11th to get back to two up but Harding wasn't finished and won both the 15th and 16th to square the match.

Harding found trouble off the tee at the 17th and was one down playing the last.

Pethybridge made a solid par at the last and Harding was unable to make the birdie he needed to take the contest into extra holes.

It was Pethybridge's second match play title of the year.
