THE wet weather caused considerable disruption to the rugby union programme on Saturday
North Ribblesdale's home clash with Hullensians in Yorkshire One was washed out at Grove Park, while Skipton's Yorkshire Division Four fixture against Ossett at Sandylands was also a victim of the horrendous weather.
The pitch at Sandylands was waterlogged and unplayable. This was a shame because the squad are beginning to get things together again under new coach Dave Duxbury.
Ossett's own pitch was in even worse condition, being under water and over the wellie tops in places, so the second team fixture between the sides was also postponed
