Leeds Carnegie head coach Diccon Edwards has made five changes to his starting line up for the trip to Pontypridd tomorrow in the British and Irish Cup, including Wharfedale loanee James Tyson.

Edwards hands full debuts to Alex Lozowski, Matt Clark and Pierce Phillips, the latter pair coming off the bench last week for their first appearances for the club, while Tyson could make his debut off the bench.

Clark replaces Josh Griffin in the starting line-up with former Chelsea youth footballer Lozowski, an economics student at the University of Leeds, replaces Joe Ford in the team.

He starts at full back, with another Wharfedale loanee, Christian Georgiou, moving to fly half.

In the pack, Lee Imiolek comes in for Ben Harris and Bradford Salem coach Phil Nilsen swaps places with Joe Graham to start at Sardis Road.

Finally former Cleckheaton No 8 Ryan Burrows is replaced by chemistry student Phillips, who starts in the second row, allowing Wharfedale loanee and former Otley player Dominic Barrow to move to the back row.
